forest vibes gift guide

ok ok ok so….. when I say forest vibes…. i um…..

yeah ok you got me it’s quite the stretch, if you’ve come here to find something for a forest loving, hiking boot wearing, outdoorsy type then in all honesty there’s very little in this gift guide that is actually going to be of use to you. however…iI promise i can explain.

you see when someone says forest to me - well my mind gets washed over with a rich and moody green tone which envelops me in a feeling of serenity and gently tousles my nose with the scent of cedar wood. what was i saying again? right…. while not practical for use in an actual forest, this little collection of gifting inspiration has been selected in a gorgeous array of forest like greens and complimentary tones.

use this edit as inspiration for your gift shopping this holiday season. i trust you’ll find something in this selection to guide you down the sometimes long and winding path to crossing off your holiday shopping list. whether one of these selections helps you cross a gift off your list, perhaps find a new place to browse for something else, or maybe even gives you courage to take some boldness in your colour choice - i hope it inspires you to get lost in the forest vibes.

twenty nineteen holiday gift guide

well hello there

can you even believe that this year is fast approaching its close. It feels like just yesterday that i was inhaling loads of cheese and celebrating the start of twenty nineteen in fine form. yet here we are, a few mere weeks away from welcoming in a new year altogether, but let me not get ahead of myself.

so as you can guess things in my world have been spinning super fast lately and it’s creeping up to that delicious time of year where we catch up with loved ones, spread a little cheer and sometimes even spoil our special people with some cool loot.

so, just in case you too were running out of time i thought you might like a little inspo to start some shopping for those special people in your life you might be gifting to this year.

if you can’t already tell i’m embracing all things pink and red this year for my end of year celebrations and so in the spirit of pleasing aesthetics - and cohesiveness my ocd - the above selection of gifting ideas has been selected in the same colour palette.

just so we’re all clear there is no funny business going on here, all the products linked above are just things that i am genuinely obsessed with there’s no affiliate links… not that you would have even thought it, but just being upfront cause that’s how i roll.

have you started your xmas gifting shopping yet? what is your decorating vibe this year?

twenty sixteen holiday gift guide

it's that magical time of year that we all know and most of us love, the weather is getting hotter, the days are getting longer and you spend your free time wondering where the year went. the shops are getting busier, and there's heaps of festive merchandise everywhere and you start to think to yourself 'i really should get my chrissie pressies sorted'. but you know it's only november so you tell yourself you still have time to get things sorted, the days are longer now you see, there's plenty of time to sort things out. besides you need to give it some thought because you know that soap on a rope and a box of favourites for the third time in a row just isn't going to cut it.  next thing you know, it's december 24th and you're freaking out because you've completely run out of time - or so i've heard someone tell the story. *the 'you' in this frightening tale may or may not be me

well i've got news for you with the holiday season fast approaching, it's time to get those pressies sorted and i'm here to help you do it. this shoppable gift guide features gifts inspired by twenty sixteen's trends and colours and the brands that i have discovered and grown to love this year. i've created this virtual lust list to inspire you to get your chrissie shopping started and hopefully help you discover some fabulous gift options for your loved ones this holiday season.

what's your favourite gift you've ever received or better yet given? are you an organised gifter or do you leave it to last minute too? tell me all of the things in the comments below.
